Different types of portioning blades

The dividing knives can be used to cut square or round cheeses into consumer portions. The dividing knives differ in the type of cheese (square or round), diameter and pieces / wedges. All dividing knives have a stamp that fits on the blade.

Note: Be careful, the Groba machines may differ a bit, you may need to make some minor changes to the cutting set. And be careful with the first cuts (do those manually)!
