The compact cheese shelfwasher is specially built as a stand-alone machine. The small size of the machine makes it easy to use.
The wooden planks are mechanically cleaned by fast rotating sanding brushes, vertically on two sides at the same time. Warm water pours onto the shelves in the center of the brushes. This water is circulated from an integrated heated water container.
The water supply and temperature are adjustable. The brushes are mechanically adjustable to the correct thickness of the board. The shelf runs automatically through the machine by means of driven rollers. It is possible to have the plank make an in and out movement on the same side instead of running it through the machine. The advantage is that the boards are cleaned better and the machine can be operated by only one employee. The heating system is designed to be flame-resistant.
