LAMBDA 403
The LAMBDA 403 is an automatic cutting machine that is suitable for cutting cheese into all kinds of snack sizes such as blocks, sticks, triangles or slices. The dimensions of the finished products depend on the thickness of the slices and the selected cutting frame configuration.
The LAMBDA 403 has an additional cutting section and automatic cheese feed. The machine receives the cheese from a conveyor belt. This has the advantage that the total processing time is reduced, without being dependent on the skills of the operator.
