Milk and whey treatment

The milk and whey line consists of:

  • Milk separator, Nagema, built in 1989
  • Cream pasteur, Schmidt Bretten, built in 2005
  • Milk pasteurizer, Schmidt Bretten, built in 2008
  • Milk heater (clotting temperature), Alfa Laval, built in 2019
  • Whey sieve, Reda, year built 2019
  • Whey pasteurizer, Alfa Laval, built in 2019

Capacity of milk and whey lines: max. 10.000 liters/hour/

Coagulation and curd production

VPS curd production, fully automated and robotized: 2 x 9 small cheese vats of 750 liters. Production capacity: 6.500 – 7.500 liters/hour, process time 100 – 120 minutes, depending on the type of cheese. Year of construction 2019.
