Semiautomatic machine for cutting larger quantities of round, square and rectangular cheeses in consumer portions. Cheese is placed on the infeed belt and the machine takes the cheese with a vacuum squeegee and places it on the knife. Hydraulic cylinder pushes cheese through the blade and cuts it in portions on the outfeed belt. Machine comes with trolley to store the 7 different knives.
