The dosing works according to the piston dosing system. The product is sucked from the product container by the dosing piston and injected into the trays via a change valve.
Product container: funnel, conical, approx. 40 litres, with double insulating jacket, with cleaning ball and level control to regulate the customer's product pump, with agitator to prevent product settling.
With drip tray to collect condensate drops. Dosing and hopper in CIP/SIP design, ready for connection to the customer's central CIP system.
Funnel designed with spray balls and level control. The CIP detergent return pump is supplied by the customer.
CIP flow pump: approx. 7.000 |/h with approx. 2 bar
CIP return pump: approx. 8.000 l/h.
Latest design of the sealing tool in terms of sensors and heating cartridge placement, as well as the choice of sealing material and ease of maintenance. The sealing tools are newly mounted (movable), allowing them to compensate for irregularities in the sealing surface.
Each seal head is equipped with a separate temperature controller (via PLC), heating cartridge and temperature sensor and can therefore be set individually.
If the seal temperature falls below the set tolerance value, the machine stops.
Clean air hood, construction of a laminar air flow cabin on the machine, consisting of:
- Doors made of Marguard® Lexgard® material (surface coated polycarbonate)
- Attached sterile air module with its own sterile air generation
- Pre-filter of class G 4 according to EN 779
- Main filter of class H 14 according to DIN EN 1822
The hood generates clean air in accordance with cleanroom class 100 = cleanroom class ISO 5 according to VDI 2083.
